Air flues of this range of ovens are made of refractory bricks. The tubes assembly is covered by a light material of high coefficient of insulation which make this oven compact in dimensions, limited in weight and more flexible in varying the baking temperature. Some models are available with doors clearance of 760 mm.

LFKR

The absence of bricks and cement in the fire room allows to reduce the weight and slightly the dimensions of the oven itself. Hot air flues are manufactured of refractory steel cylinders, high temperature resistant. All tube assembly is insulated with a light but of high coefficient of insulation material. Quickly reacting where an increase of temperature is demanded and above all very economical in fuel consumption compared to other steam tube ovens. Some models are available with doors clearance of 760 mm.

Mini Star Stone

Compact steam tube oven with firing chamber and hot air flues made of refractory bricks. Separated steam generators positioned inside each baking chamber. Operate with diesel, gas or electricity.

Mini Star Ring

The absence of bricks and cement in the fire room, of this small steam tube oven, allows quickly reacting where an increase of temperature is demanded and above all very economical in fuel consumption compared to other steam tube ovens. Hot air flues are manufactured of refractory steel cylinders, high temperature resistant.
